AVON COSMETICS HONORED THE STARS OF 2025 WITH A MAGNIFICENT CEREMONY

With a mission to create positive change for 140 years worldwide and to empower women, AVON once again hosted a special evening where success was celebrated and crowned.

For 41 years under the umbrella of Başman Kozmetik, AVON has supported women’s economic independence and honored its representatives who qualified for the Stars Club with their 2025 sales performances through a magnificent awards ceremony.

This exclusive evening, organized for Stars Club Representatives who achieved Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum membership levels, took place in an unforgettable atmosphere on January 30, 2026, at the Girne Grand Pasha Hotel.

The event welcomed nearly 100 invited guests along with AVON employees. The opening speech of the evening was delivered by Başman Kozmetik Director Pınar Başman Süren, who inspired all attendees by sharing the following words of her father, Mustafa Başman, one of the esteemed founders of Başman Group of Companies:

“Do not be afraid of difficulties; in fact, confront them. Even when you begin to achieve the smallest success, you will see that those difficulties gradually disappear. Moreover, as your ability grows, you will realize that you begin to love the very challenges that once seemed so difficult.”

This powerful message once again highlighted the success journeys of AVON representatives and the true value of achievements earned through determination and perseverance.

Throughout the evening, all representatives who qualified for the Stars Club were presented with certificates of achievement and exclusive gifts, while those who stood out with their exceptional performances were honored with plaques.

The evening’s vibrant entertainment program began with an impressive acoustic performance by Hasan Sayılı, followed by a DJ performance, percussion show, and an energetic Zenne Show that elevated the excitement. At the end of the night, a raffle draw delighted three lucky guests with surprise gifts.
